What You’ll Do
- Architect and build core platform components across the full stack.
- Design model-agnostic, reusable systems that are future-proof and adaptable.
- Create scalable, model-agnostic, future-proof architectures.
- Develop workflow abstractions that map real business operations into configurable components.
- Establish engineering standards for quality, consistency, and scalability.
- Ship end-to-end features with strong engineering rigour and production readiness.
- Partner with Product on roadmap decisions and feasibility.
- Mentor engineers and guide architecture reviews.
Requirements
- BS Degree(MS preferred)
- 7 years in platform, full-stack, or architectural roles
- Strong experience in startup/0→1 environments
- Proven ability to design scalable systems
- Strong software engineering fundamentals
- Experience building real-world, production systems with measurable impact
- Familiarity with enterprise workflows and data challenges
