Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Java Architect with deep expertise in retail systems, particularly in inventory planning. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing scalable, this role requires strong architectural leadership, hands-on development capabilities, and domain knowledge in retail supply chain and inventory systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the architecture and design of enterprise-grade Java applications for retail inventory planning.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Blue Yonder (JDA) is highly preferrable.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in software design, coding standards, and performance optimization.
- Conduct architectural reviews, code audits, and performance tuning.
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in system design and development processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10 years of experience in Java/J2EE development and architecture.
- Strong experience in retail domain, especially in inventory planning and supply chain systems.
- Expertise in Spring Framework, Microservices, REST APIs.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferable skills:
- Hands-on experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) is plus modules such as Demand Planning, Fulfilment, or Inventory Optimization
