Data & Product Analyst

Seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data & Product Analyst with strong SQL expertise and hands-on experience across data management, product analytics, ETL processes, and data governance. In this role, you will partner closely with product managers, business stakeholders, data engineers, architects, and QA teams to transform complex datasets into actionable insights that support strategic business and product decisions.

You will play a key role in improving data quality, supporting governance initiatives, and delivering meaningful analytics within the mortgage domain. The ideal candidate combines technical capability with strong business acumen, communication skills, and a passion for solving complex data challenges.

What You ll Do

• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and business opportunities within mortgage and product domains
• Develop dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and analytical reports to support business and product decision-making
• Write and optimize advanced SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, and validation scripts across enterprise data platforms
• Partner with cross-functional teams to support product analytics, ETL validation, master data management, and governance initiatives
• Present data-driven insights and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

What We re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with SQL and relational databases such as SQL Server, Sybase, MySQL, or Snowflake
• Experience working with Master Data Management (MDM), ETL/ELT workflows, and enterprise data governance practices
• Knowledge of mortgage business processes and understanding of how data supports operational and strategic outcomes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate business needs into data solutions
• Experience collaborating across product, engineering, architecture, QA, and business teams in agile or fast-paced environments
