TPOs should have a strong product background.
Experience with prototyping and product demonstrations.
Familiarity with accelerated delivery models.
Ability to effectively showcase product concepts and solutions to stakeholders.
Strong background in Agile Product Management, Product Ownership, or Technical Product Ownership.
Experience managing products within Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and SAFe environments.
Demonstrated expertise in product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and feature prioritization.
Experience creating prototypes, proof-of-concepts, and conducting product demonstrations.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and accelerated delivery models.
Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships across business and technology organizations.
Excellent communication, facilitation, presentation, and leadership skills.
