The Role
Our client is looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to take ownership of end-to-end ML systems—from experimentation through to scalable production deployment. This role goes beyond model building, with a strong emphasis on system design, performance, and real-world impact.
• Own the design, development, and deployment of production-grade ML systems
• Build and scale robust training pipelines and production ML workflows
• Work with high-volume datasets to deliver performant, reliable models
• Drive improvements in model and system performance, including efficiency, latency, and scalability
• Partner with engineering and data teams to shape architecture and best practices
Your Experience
We’re looking for an experienced ML Engineer who has operated in production environments and understands the challenges of deploying models at scale.
• Proven experience building and deploying machine learning systems in production
• Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in PyTorch or TensorFlow
• Expertise in at least one modern ML domain (e.g., computer vision, large language models, or generative AI)
• Experience developing neural network-based models end-to-end (data, training, and deployment)
• Experience working with large-scale datasets and distributed data processing (NumPy, SciPy, PySpark)
• Deep understanding of machine learning fundamentals and modern techniques
• Experience optimizing models for performance, scalability, and real-world constraints
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and influencing technical decisions
