What You’ll Do
- Support development and execution of marketing campaigns across digital and internal platforms
- Create and edit content for social media, recruiting materials, and internal communications
- Assist with employer branding initiatives and campus outreach efforts
- Help plan and coordinate events, career fairs, and community initiatives
- Collaborate with HR, recruiting, and operations teams on engagement strategies
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to support marketing decisions
- Maintain and update marketing materials, presentations, and brand assets
- Track campaign performance and engagement metrics
- Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with an interest in employer branding or recruiting
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Interest in branding, recruiting, and employee engagement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with social media platforms required
- Pay: $16–$21 per hour (based on experience)
- Schedule: 4 days per week, in-office
- Location: Chicago, IL
