Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Horsham, PA, for a Sales Account Executive. The role involves generating and pursuing leads, managing customer accounts, building relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to clients. The Sales Account Executive will be responsible for understanding customer needs, identifying opportunities, and effectively communicating product and service offerings to drive business growth. Ensuring excellent customer service with a focus on long-term client satisfaction is also a critical part of the role.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Lead Generation and identifying new business opportunities
- Strong Account Management skills, including maintaining and growing existing customer relationships
- Excellent Communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Experience in Relationship Building and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Exceptional Customer Service skills and ability to deliver a positive client experience
- Results-driven mindset with the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
- Proficiency with CRM software and basic office technology tools
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
