HR and Office Coordinator
Location: Rogers, MN - onsite
Pay Range: $65,000 – $85,000 annually

The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Human Resources & Office Coordinator to join our team. This is a broad, hands-on HR role that touches everything from payroll and benefits administration to talent acquisition, onboarding, compliance, and general office administration. You'll be the go-to HR resource for our employees and a key partner to our leadership team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day HR operations including benefits administration, payroll support, time-off tracking, and employee inquiries.
- Lead talent acquisition efforts: job postings, resume review, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer letters, background checks, and onboarding.
- Coordinate new hire onboarding and first-week experience in partnership with hiring managers and department leads.
- Maintain employee records and manage HR data across Epicor, HRIS, and benefit carrier systems.
- Support employee handbook, policy compliance, and compliance training initiatives.
- Assist with general office administration and select accounting tasks including invoicing, payment processing, and accounts payable support.
- Help plan company events and foster a positive workplace culture.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 years of general HR experience, including 2 years supporting recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS and ATS systems; ERP experience (Epicor) a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- A 'can-do' attitude and willingness to help in any area that needs help coupled with the ability to adapt and thrive in a dynamic, growing environment.
