Position Summary: Customer Relationship Specialists (CRS) provide service to Aerofil Technology, Inc. internal and external customers by facilitating the communication of information between customers and ATI team members as it relates to the customer’s products which are packaged or are proposed for packaging at ATI; they are the customer’s representative and spokesman on the ATI team. A CRS is responsible for ensuring customers are provided with the on time service and support they require. |
