Are you an experienced SAP Services leader who enjoys developing people, improving business processes, and delivering technology solutions that make a real impact? We’re looking for an SAP Services Lead to lead our team of four SAP Business Analysts and drive SAP service delivery across the organization.
In this hands-on leadership role, you’ll partner with business stakeholders, IT leadership, external service providers, and our Central SAP Services team in Europe to strengthen system performance, optimize processes, and support strategic business initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Lead SAP projects from planning and implementation through delivery and ongoing improvement.
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of four SAP Business Analysts.
- Oversee SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA support, enhancements, integrations, and system performance.
- Partner with business teams to translate operational needs into effective SAP solutions.
- Drive process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and service performance.
- Collaborate across sites and functions to support manufacturing operations and business goals.
What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field—or equivalent experience.
- 3–5 years of people management experience, ideally leading teams in a multi-site environment.
- Hands-on SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA implementation and support experience.
- Experience with at least two of these SAP modules: WM, MM, PP, or QM.
- Strong SAP project delivery, configuration, integration, and process improvement experience.
- Manufacturing experience and a proven ability to manage projects, budgets, and resources.
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Nice to Have
Experience with GIB Suite (DCP/DCO), GuiXT, Power BI, Winshuttle, or relevant SAP, PMP, ITIL, or Agile certifications.
