 What You’ll Be Mixing Up:
As our Compounding Supervisor, you’ll lead a dedicated weekend team in the production of high-quality bulk products. You’ll ensure everything runs smoothly, safely and that scheduling SAP is accurate.
- Lead and manage weekend compounding operations to meet safety, quality, and productivity goals.
- Train, coach, and develop your team to hit performance targets and grow their skills.
- Troubleshoot batching issues and resolve SAP or documentation discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments to keep production flowing.
- Drive continuous improvement in processes, equipment, and team performance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and GMP-compliant work environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (or 3 years of manufacturing experience in a regulated industry).
- 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of GMP, OSHA safety standards, and SAP.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Can lift up to 80 lbs and move drums up to 600 lbs with equipment.
- Are comfortable working in a wet, chemical-based environment.
- Know how to lead a team with confidence and compassion on weekends
- Thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
