What You’ll Do
- Review material requirements and manage MRP in SAP
- Place purchase orders and schedule deliveries to support production
- Negotiate pricing and manage vendor performance (Cost, Quality, Service)
- Maintain accurate lead times, capacity data, and material masters
- Manage inventory levels, including slow-moving and obsolete materials
- Expedite or delay shipments based on demand changes
- Resolve quality issues and disposition rejected materials
- Approve invoices and partner with Finance on discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, GMP, and company policies
- BA/BS preferred (or equivalent manufacturing experience)
- 3 years of Buying experience
- SAP experience required; APICS/CPIM a plus
- Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
