At Kdc/one, a new product launches every day which can be complex, cross-functional, and exciting! That’s why we’re looking for a Regional Project Management Director who knows how to keep things moving, and lead with purpose across multiple manufacturing sites.
🛠 What You'll Be Doing:
- Coordinate high-visibility customer projects across Groveport, New Albany, and other sites as needed
- Partner with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Customer Support teams to ensure proper delivery
- Implement scalable best practices for new product onboarding, from formulas and tooling to BOMs and CapEx
- Review documentation, flag what’s missing, call out what’s wrong, and escalate smart
- Collaborate with center-led teams on customer quoting, trials, and pilot launches
- Track visits, run readiness checks, and keep the execs in the loop
- Offer boots-on-the-ground support where it’s needed
- Coach and grow your project team into people who anticipate issues before they happen
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- 5 years of experience in project management and a minimum of 3 years of experience is leading a team of direct reports
- Background in FMCG, CPG, or contract manufacturing preferred
- Strong communication, calm under pressure, and a laser focus on what you are working on
- Real-world experience handling timelines, customers, and shifting priorities with no issues
- Customer-savvy and confidence in steering difficult conversations toward resolution.
