Qualifications
- 1 to 5 years of experience as a Legal Assistant and/or Paralegal preferred
- Strong knowledge and experience in Law and Legal Assistants functions
- Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and related legal administrative processes
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with clients and legal professionals
- Ability to perform Administrative Assistance duties, such as scheduling, file management, and maintaining accurate records
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to work under deadlines
- Proficiency in relevant legal software and tools is a plus
