Job Summary
Provide support to SKYCTC's TRIO Programs. *Must be a current SKYCTC student*
This position is on the Main Campus, located at 1845 Loop Drive, Bowling Green, KY 42101.
The job pays $14.00 an hour with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
Anticipated employment is August 2025 - May 2026, subject to employment expectations, such as dependability, punctuality, and confidentiality.
Job Duties
Student Outreach, Assist with New Student Orientations, Computer Lab, General Office Duties, Data Entry, run errands.
Minimum Qualifications
The basic required skills for project tutors are as follows:
Excellent Communication Skills and good time management skills.
Dependable, able to maintain an agreed-upon schedule.
Professional, courteous, outgoing.
Able to work well with supervisor and others.
Able to work independently and carry out instructions from others.
Critical thinking skills.
Basic Computer Skills.

- A minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA in his/her major area of study
- At least 15 earned hours of college credit in area of specialization
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Genuine concern for his/her assigned tutees
- Ability to meet with assigned tutees regularly weekly or bi-weekly
- Dedicated to meeting agreed upon goals
- Ability to keep tutoring records
- Willingness to go above and beyond to help students
