Job Duties:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with the college’s mission and goals.
- Lead accreditation compliance activities, reporting, and reaffirmation processes.
- Lead comprehensive assessment activities across academic and administrative departments through collaboration with faculty and staff to develop effective strategies.
- Analyze institutional data to identify trends and support decision-making.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
Minimum Qualifications:
Master's degree or higher required with preference given to credentials in assessment, research or a related field. Experience with data analysis and assessment methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
Higher education experience is preferred.
Additional Skills Requested:
Strong written and verbal communication skills; Knowledge of higher education accreditation processes; Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
