ABOUT THE POSITION
KCS is looking for a Licensed Chiropractor with a passion for improving the health of our community. As KCS continues to grow, we want to bring together the best professionals in order to provide our patients with comprehensive healthcare services.
Please take note that this job position is part-time (2 days per week).
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current California chiropractor license
- Medi-Cal approved strongly preferred
- Bi-lingual in Spanish or Korean preferred
- Current BCLS
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and to multi-task
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written communication skills
- Hands-on PC compatible computer knowledge, understanding and skill
- Ability to recognize and maintain confidentiality of information as appropriate
- Treat people with dignity, respect, compassion and integrity at all times

POSITION DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Assessing patient's medical condition by reviewing their medical history, listening to the patient's concerns, and performing a physical examination.
- Analyzing the patient's posture, spine, and reflexes.
- Conducting tests, including evaluating a patient's posture and taking x-rays.
- Identifying health problems.
- Providing neuromusculoskeletal therapy, which involves adjusting a patient's spinal column and other joints by hand.
- Giving additional treatments, such as applying heat or cold to a patient's injured areas.
- Advising patients on health and lifestyle issues, such as exercise, nutrition, and sleep habits
