Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly, empathetic, and solution-oriented Customer Service Representative to be the trusted face of our company. You will act as the primary point of contact for our customers, answering questions, resolving complaints, and directing calls to the right place. - Inquiries & Support: Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media.
- Product Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate, valid, and complete information. Some travel to KY is a must to learn the products.
- Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and transactions within internal CRM platforms.
- Feedback: Share customer feedback and emerging trends with the sales, marketing, or production teams to help improve our company.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous customer service, having a level of empathy with talking to customers over the phone.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong focus on active listening.
- Emotional Intelligence: Ability to remain calm, patient, and empathetic during difficult or high-pressure conversations.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic understanding of computer systems, CRM software, and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Organization: Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
