Duties, Responsibilities & Other
Duties, Responsibilities & Other:
This position is for an underground skilled laborer with a minimum of 3 years of general construction experience.
- Identify potential safety hazards.
- Assisting in MOT set up and take down.
- Working in trench, utilizing shoring methods and safe excavation procedures.
- Installing various size conduits in trench.
- Ability to follow instructions with a positive can-do attitude.
- Ability to perform routine equipment maintenance tasks.
- Mechanical aptitude is desired.
- Experience placing underground.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Preferred Candidate Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of underground experience.
- Ability to obtain a Department of Transportation (DOT) Medical card for Commercial Motor Vehicle operation within 30 days. Having a current Commercial Driver’s License is a plus.
- OSHA certification a plus.
- Minor operating experience a plus.

Qualifications
Education and/or Skills Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience
Education and/or Skills Preferred:
- Highschool Diploma/GED
Certificates, licenses, and/or Registrations Required:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to maintain required certifications.
