The IT Operations Analyst plays a vital role in keeping KCI’s operations connected, efficient, and secure. You’ll be the go-to resource for employees across offices and jobsites—helping ensure everyone has the tools, access, and confidence to perform at their best. From setting up new users and field offices to managing devices, networks, and systems, this position offers variety, ownership, and the chance to make a visible difference every day.
What You’ll Do
- Support Our People: Provide Tier 2 support to employee's company-wide, troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
- Enable New Talent: Set up accounts, devices, and application access for new hires; handle offboarding with care and accuracy.
- Keep Systems Running Smoothly: Maintain servers, wired/wireless networks, storage systems, and audiovisual setups.
- Manage Devices & Licenses: Track hardware lifecycles, monitor configurations, and ensure proper license management.
- Empower Through Training: Lead brief, practical sessions to help users get the most out of technology tools.
- Document & Improve: Maintain detailed records, update IT processes, and continuously enhance our internal knowledge base.
- Support the Field: Coordinate technology for remote field offices and provide responsive, hands-on assistance.
- You have an Associate’s degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- You bring at least 5 years of hands-on IT support or helpdesk experience.
- You’re skilled in Windows, Office 365, Active Directory, and basic networking.
- You’re detail-oriented, organized, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- You enjoy helping others and translating tech into plain language.
- You have a customer-focused mindset and a passion for solving problems the right way.
- Experience with system backups, imaging, or endpoint management tools is a plus.
