This role provides hands-on experience in freight visibility, shipment tracking, and problem resolution within a fast-paced logistics environment. The intern will work closely with Operations Specialists and gain exposure to supply chain processes, TMS tools, and customer communication.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor and track shipments throughout the transportation lifecycle using TMS and other tracking tools
- Communicate proactively with carriers, customers, and internal teams regarding shipment status, delays, and exceptions
- Analyze shipment data to identify trends or potential issues and provide actionable insights
- Assist in resolving shipment discrepancies or delays
- Document and maintain accurate records of shipment updates and communications
- Support the Operations team on assigned projects related to shipment visibility and process improvement
- Collaborate with team members to identify opportunities for improving tracking accuracy and efficiency
- Eagerness to learn and expand knowledge of the logistics and supply chain industry
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and information sources simultaneously
- Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills
