We are seeking a dedicated and skilled maintenance worker to join our team and ensure our hospital’s infrastructure remains in optimal condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Yard maintenance that includes mowing, weed eating, weed pulling and spraying.
- Back-up for Inventory when purchaser is gone.
- Maintain all yard equipment.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls to ensure minimal disruption to hospital operations.
- Snow removal of all parking and sidewalks.
- Assist with the setup and maintenance of hospital equipment and furnishings.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inspections, and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and hospital policies.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with other hospital staff to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Facilities Manager.
