About the Role
Our client is seeking a highly skilled SAGE Data Expert for an immediate, long-term temporary assignment. This role is fully onsite in Newport Beach and is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, manufacturing-driven environments. You will be responsible for extracting, analyzing, and organizing data from multiple systems to create clear, actionable reporting for leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Extract data from SAGE and other internal/homegrown systems—inventory, sales, accounting, WIP, and additional operational feeds.
- Analyze large data sets and translate findings into readable, management-ready reports.
- Create dashboards, pivot tables, macros, and other Excel-driven tools to streamline reporting.
- Organize and standardize data from disparate sources, including raw numbers and unstructured formats.
- Identify gaps and recommend improvements to data flow, process efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
- Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and performance insights.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams across manufacturing, accounting, operations, and inventory.
Requirements
- Expert-level experience with SAGE (required).
- Advanced Excel skills (pivots, macros, complex formulas, data modeling).
- Proven experience extracting and manipulating data from varied systems (including homegrown platforms).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convert raw data into meaningful reporting.
- Prior experience working within manufacturing environments—inventory, WIP, BOMs, production scheduling, etc.
- Highly tech-savvy, process-minded, and able to suggest improvements to reporting and data structure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills.
- Ability to work onsite daily in Newport Beach.

Salary : $25 - $30
