While performing the duties of this job, the Team Member will be in a manufacturing environment where loud noises and hot or cold temperatures are possible.
Physical Demands:
This is a full-time position working 8 hours per day with possible overtime.

- Use engineering drawings, electrical schematics, and all other relative documents to assemble HVAC units/sub-assemblies.
- Ability to use an assortment of hand/power tools.
- Keeps equipment and work area clean and orderly.
- Complete unit paperwork and QC checklist.
- Reporting of defective equipment to Supervisor.
- Install and wire (if applicable) dampers, actuators, supply fans, power exhaust fans, condenser fans, breakers, transformers, etc.
- Gain knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation as well as plant safety rules to perform duties safely and in compliance with all KCC rules and regulations.
- Participate in toolbox talks & monthly training.
- Take every reasonable precaution for the protection of your coworkers.
- Take immediate action to address unsafe acts or conditions and report issues to management.
- Assist in accident investigations (as needed) to identify the root cause in a timely manner.
