KCare LLC is seeking compassionate, dependable, and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our growing team. We provide high-quality In home based services that help individuals maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
Position Summary
As a CNA or LPN, you will provide direct care and support to individuals in their homes and community settings. Team members play a vital role in assisting with daily living activities, promoting health and safety, and delivering person-centered care.

- Rogersville - LPN
CNA Duties
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including errands, laundry and light housekeeping
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
- Monitor and report changes in client condition via communication with office team
- Support mobility and transfers
- Document services provided accurately and timely through the app or by phone with office team
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment
LPN Duties
- Perform nursing assessments and delegated nursing tasks
- Administer medications as authorized
- Monitor client health status and report concerns immediately to office team
- Coordinate care with physicians, caregivers, and office team
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation daily
- Assist with care planning and health education
CNA Requirements
- Current CNA and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Experience in home health or long term care
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and working cell phone
LPN Requirements
- Current, unrestricted LPN license and CPR certification
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background screening
- Experience in home health, long-term care, or community-based services preferred
