🎯 Position Summary:
As a Clinical Assistant at KCA, you’ll perform both clinical and administrative duties in a fast-paced outpatient medical setting. You’ll gain deep exposure to the patient care process, medical documentation, and provider interaction – all while building the foundation for your future healthcare career.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients
- Room patients, obtain vitals and history, reconcile medications
- Draft prescriptions for review/signature by provider
- Schedule follow-ups, imaging, referrals, and consultations
- Maintain and update electronic medical records (EMR)
- Answer phones, manage voicemails, direct messages to staff
- Handle office tasks: scanning, e-faxing, organizing records and supplies
- Help keep clinic flow efficient and ensure a positive patient experience
- Be flexible and cross-trained to assist where needed

- Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field (required)
- Completion of a pre-employment assessment (sent only to candidates selected for interview)
