Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Parts Department Manager located in Oak Grove, MO. The Parts Department Manager will oversee daily operations of the department, ensuring efficient inventory control and management, maintaining service parts availability, and providing excellent customer service. The role also involves working closely with the sales and service teams to meet customer satisfaction goals and enhancing overall operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills to deliver high-quality support and build positive relationships
- Inventory Control and Inventory Management expertise to ensure organization and availability of stock
- Knowledge of Service Parts to effectively manage and oversee parts-related operations
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using inventory management software and related systems
- Prior experience in a similar role within the automotive or heavy vehicle industry is required
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications in business management or related fields are a plus
