Job Summary
KC Technologies is a growing IT and low-voltage services company supporting small to mid-sized businesses across NH and MA. We’re looking for a hands-on technician who enjoys a mix of field work, troubleshooting, and learning — not someone who only wants a desk job.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a senior or lead technician role within 6–12 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
- On-site IT support for business clients
- Installing and troubleshooting:
- PCs, laptops, printers
- Network equipment (switches, firewalls, access points)
- Security cameras (Reolink, UniFi, etc.)

- Running and terminating Ethernet (Cat5e/Cat6)
- Basic network troubleshooting (connectivity, VLAN issues)
- Assisting with MSP tasks (patching, monitoring, endpoint issues)
- Occasional after-hours or weekend work (paid)
Required Skills
- Basic IT troubleshooting experience (work, school, or personal)
- Comfortable working on-site with clients
- Willing to learn networking and low-voltage systems
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic (we value effort and accountability over certs)
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- Experience with:
- Networking (UniFi, Fortinet, VLANs)
- Low-voltage cabling or cameras
- MSP environments
