Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Appliance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in appliance repair and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve various appliance issues. This role requires excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently in the field, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair a wide range of household appliances, including refrigerators, washers, dryers, stoves etc.
• Read and interpret schematics to identify issues and implement effective solutions.
• Perform routine maintenance and equipment repairs to ensure optimal performance of appliances.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to assemble and disassemble appliances as needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in appliance repair or as a service technician is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot electrical systems related to appliances.
• Familiarity with refrigeration systems is a plus.
• Previous experience in field service roles is advantageous.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
