Position Purpose:

Our Service Technicians will contribute to their individual success as well as the overall success of the company by providing excellent customer service to our customers

Job Functions and Duties:

Able to travel daily to customer locations throughout Central Indiana. Our main office is located in Indianapolis, IN, but we have technicians located remotely throughout the state.

Perform commercial electrical service on a wide range of equipment.

Troubleshoot technical problems, work independently by prioritizing time to meet daily goals.

Communicate in a professional and courteous manner with customers and office staff.

Ensure all paperwork is complete and turned in daily.

Able to work Monday through Friday, with an on-call rotation. Rotation to be determined in interview.

Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years' experience as an electrical service technician. Commercial experience is a plus.

Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills.

Must possess a valid drivers license.

Able to work independently and as a member of a strong team
