We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented lead hardscapes tech to run an Overland Park location. In this role, you will be responsible for installing and repairing retaining walls and patios, ensuring quality and aesthetic appeal for our clients. Your expertise will help transform homes with precision craftsmanship and exceptional service.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and replace various types of residential retaining walls and patios with accuracy and efficiency
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete projects in a timely manner
- Troubleshoot landscaping issues that caused failure of previous retaining walls and patios
- Contact customers in a timely and professional manner
- Manage your own schedule, showing up to all jobs on time
Experience
- Proven experience in construction or remodeling projects with a retaining walls and
- patios
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools
- Prior work on construction sites or residential remodeling projects demonstrating strong safety awareness
- Experience running a business or solo operation
This role is for someone entrepreneurial-minded who wants to take ownership of their work, earn based on results, and eventually grow into something bigger.
