Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Crystal Lake, IL. The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operational activities, optimizing logistics, managing inventory, and ensuring timely delivery of services and products. The role includes managing a team, implementing efficient processes, ensuring compliance with company policies, and maintaining high-quality standards across operations. Collaborating with vendors and clients to improve supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction is also a key responsibility.
Qualifications
