Role Description
This full-time, on-site Director of Operations role is based in Crystal Lake, IL. The Director of Operations will oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, manage teams to achieve organizational goals, and optimize workflow processes. Responsibilities include analyzing operational performance, developing and managing budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation, and fostering strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service. The role requires strategic leadership in streamlining operations while maintaining a high standard of service quality.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Operations Management and the ability to ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day business functions
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess performance metrics, generate insights, and implement process improvements
- Ability to lead and manage teams with effective Team Management skills and a collaborative leadership style
- Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to optimize resource allocation and control costs
- Proficiency in providing exceptional Customer Service to maintain client satisfaction and build lasting relationships
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in the logistics, manufacturing, or pallet industry is an advantage
