What You’ll Do
We’re hiring for an Entry-Level Field Technician.
You’ll help service, install, and maintain commercial kitchen equipment. No prior experience in this exact trade is required—we’ll train the right person.

A background in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC/R work is helpful, but not required.
Your Day-to-Day Includes:
Assisting with equipment repairs, installations, and maintenance- Learning to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
- Traveling to local customer sites throughout Vermont
- Keeping accurate notes and communicating clearly with dispatch

What You’ll Need
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfort using tools and solving mechanical problems
High School Diploma or GED - Ability to lift 60 lbs, push 100 lbs, pull 50 lbs
Basic hand tools (we can help you get started) - Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
