Safety Coordinator

Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Safety Coordinator to join our team supporting data center integration projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a safety-minded individual to gain experience in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment. While prior data center experience is not required, the ideal candidate will bring a strong commitment to workplace safety and the ability to learn quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support on-site safety compliance efforts across data center projects.
• Conduct site safety inspections and audits to ensure adherence to company and regulatory safety standards.
• Assist with incident reporting and root cause analysis.
• Maintain safety logs and documentation, including toolbox talks and daily hazard assessments.
• Promote a positive safety culture through communication and training reinforcement.
• Ensure that subcontractors and vendors follow safety protocols on-site.

Qualifications:

• OSHA 30 Certification (Construction) – Required
• Current CPR/First Aid Certification – Required
• Ladder Safety and Fall Protection Training – Required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills - MUST BE PROFESSIONAL
• Willingness to work in a construction environment within live data centers
• Ability to travel to job sites as needed

Preferred but Not Required:

• Construction or trade experience
• Knowledge of NFPA, NEC, or other safety codes
