As an Account Manager, you'll meet with business customers, learn about their goals, and recommend communication solutions that support their day-to-day operations. Every Account Manager receives hands-on training while gaining experience in business development, client relationships, and professional sales.
Responsibilities of the Account Manager
- Introduce AT&T Business products and services directly to local businesses.
- Learn about customer goals and recommend tailored solutions.
- Support customer onboarding and account setup.
- Build professional relationships through consistent follow-up.
- Contribute to local outreach and customer acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with fellow Account Manager team members on daily sales initiatives.
- Participate in Account Manager coaching focused on communication and sales.
- Continue building business development and professional sales skills.
Qualifications for the Account Manager
- Interested in business development and client relationships.
- Communicates professionally in customer-facing settings.
- Organized and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Brings initiative and follows through on responsibilities.
- Previous customer-facing experience is helpful but not required.
