Position Information & Description of Job
The best candidate will join our team as our 3rd Injector and primarily treat clients from our Lee's Summit location, with the ability and willingness to treat clients from our Overland Park location one day per week. You will perform assessments during client consultations, provide medical education and develop treatment plan that aligns with goals of client. Build rapport with clients and provide exceptional service throughout treatment and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and exceed expectations.
Qualifications
- Must have a passion for beauty, skincare, and empowering the client through confidence
- Must be Nurse Practitioner/ Registered Nurse with all licensing in good standing
- Must be Filler & Neurotoxin Certified; Must be skilled in performing injectables, filler and toxins
- 1 year experience as a Certified Aesthetic Injector required
- Must provide photos of your work
- Must be knowledgeable on OSHA, FDA, PHI and HIPAA compliance
- Must be able to build rapport with clients and provide kindness and reassurance
- Provide high-quality care and create treatment plans to ensure repeat business
- Must have reliable transportation and ability to commute to/between Lee's Summit and/or Overland Park
- Experienced and proficient in sales, facial assessment and multitasking
- Accurate and detailed documentation of all interactions and treatments/services is required
