Bartender

Duties

• Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high quality standards.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience.
• Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and swiftly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle cash transactions, perform cashiering duties, and manage cash handling with precision.
• Monitor guest consumption responsibly, ensuring adherence to alcohol service laws and policies.
• Assist with food service when needed, including serving food at bars or during catering events like banquets or private parties.
• Manage time effectively during busy shifts to serve multiple tables or bar stations seamlessly.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during nightclubs, catering events, or restaurant service.
• Keep track of inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management proactively.

Experience

• Proven experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment such as a nightclub, restaurant, or fine dining establishment.
• Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally.
• Experience serving in banquet settings or catering environments is a plus.
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures.
• Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling, retail math, and drink measurements.
• Previous retail math experience related to sales and inventory management is beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to manage time efficiently during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail.
• Knowledge of brewing processes or hospitality industry standards enhances your suitability for this role. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.89 - $23.15 per hour
