Schedule: Full-Time, Monday- Friday

Salary: $28-39/hour (estimated $58,240-$81,120/year, depending on experience & education). Bonus opportunities available!

Your role will include:

• Leading a joyful, developmentally appropriate classroom

• Designing lessons aligned with our framework while infusing your own creativity

• Supporting students' cognitive, emotional, and social development

• Building strong, trusting relationships with children and families

• Conducting assessments and leading conferences
  
  

Requirements:

• 12 ECE units (core required); AA/BA in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred

• 2 years of preschool classroom experience

• Strong classroom management and collaborative spirit

• Enthusiasm, leadership, and a nurturing heart
