Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday

Salary: $20-27/hour, depending on experience & education. Bonus opportunities available!

Preschool Assistant Teachers/Preschool Floats

We support your journey every step of the way:

• Need more ECE units? We’ll help cover the cost.

• Want to become a Lead Teacher? We’ll mentor and coach you into that next step.

• Interested in K–5 education? Our elementary school offers financial aid for credential programs, the ability to get your sample teaching hours, and continued education.

Your role will include:

• Assisting in classrooms across age groups (2–5 years)

• Supporting lead/co-teachers and classroom routines
  Creating positive, nurturing connections with students

• Learning from seasoned educators and gaining hands-on experience

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 ECE units preferred (actively enrolled candidates welcome!)

• Reliability, flexibility, and a love for working with young children

• Team player mindset and positive energy
