The Therapist provides therapeutic services, including individual, family and group interventions within an outpatient, behavioral health setting. The Therapist will diagnose and treat an array of mental health disorders, monitor progress during treatment and work collaboratively on a multi-disciplinary team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Master's or degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Licensed in the State of Missouri as a Clinically Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
- Six months of related experience which may include internship and/or practicum.
- Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to diverse groups of people.
PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS
- Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology
- Experience in harm-reduction therapy
