The Videographer is responsible for capturing, editing, and producing high-quality video content that supports the company’s brand, marketing, and communication objectives. This role involves filming corporate events, interviews, and promotional content, as well as collaborating with internal teams to storyboard, plan, and execute video projects from concept to final delivery.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Filming video (Instructional, Informational, Educational, social media).
· Editing and creating videos in Adobe Premiere Pro.
· Creating video content both indoors and outdoors depending on the desired objectives.
· Writing Scripts and working cross-functionally.
· Working cross-functionally to develop the video plan in its entirety (defining what needs to be in the scenes, shots, how and where it is to be shot, lighting, angles, approach etc.).
· Development of the videography standards and ensuring that these are managed for all videos produced.
· Execute the company strategy for videography.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in film production, video production, communications, multimedia arts, or a related field is preferred along with 2—5 years of professional experience.
· Equivalent experience or a strong portfolio may be considered in place of a formal degree.
· Must be fluent in BOTH English AND Spanish.
· Proficiency using PC and Mac.
· Proficiency working with Adobe Premiere Pro and other video editing platforms, like Davinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
· Experience filming, directing, and editing video.
· Proficiency with using DSLR, video, audio and lighting equipment.
· Ability to work in a creative, fast-paced environment.
· Knowledge of social media video platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, & TikTok).
· Excellent communication and organizational skills with innate attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently on projects but also collaborate as a strong team member.
· Highly self-motivated and self-driven.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
