Senior FP&A Analyst

KBW is working with a technology company seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst to join its growing Finance team. This is a hands-on role supporting budgeting, forecasting, reporting, financial modeling, and business performance analysis.

Responsibilities

• Own and support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes
• Prepare monthly and quarterly variance analysis and communicate key drivers
• Develop and maintain financial models for revenue, headcount, and operating expenses
• Track and analyze key SaaS metrics including ARR, bookings, churn, and operating expenses
• Prepare management reporting and provide financial insights to business leaders
• Identify trends, investigate variances, and turn data into actionable insights
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and reporting
• Support scenario analysis and strategic planning initiatives
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3–5 years of FP&A experience, ideally within SaaS or technology
• Strong experience with budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial modeling
• Advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, including dynamic modeling and sensitivity analysis
• Solid understanding of accounting principles
• Familiarity with SaaS business models and key revenue drivers
• Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong communication skills and ability to proactively gather information and work across departments
  
  

Hybrid Schedule Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus
