KBW has partnered with a rapidly growing Public Life Sciences company on a search for a Sr Director of SEC Reporting and Technical Accounting. This is a vital role for the organization and has tremendous exposure. The role will be responsible for:
- Own the SEC Reporting, including drafting and submitting SEC Filings
- MD&A, Disclosures and Licensing Agreements
- M&A, Business Combinations, Due Diligence
- Primary point of contact for all technical accounting issues, including Revenue recognition, Lease Accounting, Stock Based compensation, R&D and other matters
- Strong business partnering with Legal, Accounting, finance and Investor Relations
- Ownership of consolidation of all financial transactions
- Partner and Liaise on Audit and SOX matters
- Bachelor Degree, Masters Degree is a plus
- CPA Required
- Experience in Public Accounting
- Experience in Biotech/Pharma/ Life Sciences industry
- 15 plus years of total experience
