Business Analyst/IT Support Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing and Recruiting is seeking a Business Analyst / IT Support Specialist for a client in NYC to support business systems, reporting, and day-to-day IT operations. This role will administer O365 and all SaaS licenses across all of our portfolio companies, provide Help Desk support, and serve as the primary liaison with the company's Managed Service Provider (MSP). The ideal candidate is analytical, technically strong, and enjoys improving business processes through technology.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and recommend technology improvements.
• Provide Help Desk support for hardware, software, email, and Microsoft 365.
• Develop a corporate wide governance policy.
• Manage employee onboarding/offboarding, computers, and user accounts.
• Administer Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint and all other SaaS licenses across the organizations inclusive of the ERP systems.
• Coordinate with the MSP on infrastructure, cybersecurity, and escalated support issues.
• Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and technology vendors.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.

Qualifications

• 5 years of IT Support, or Systems Analyst experience.
• Experience with Power BI and NetSuite preferred.
• Strong Microsoft 365 and Windows support experience.
• Experience managing or working with an MSP.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: SQL, Python, Power BI development, NetSuite administration, Microsoft 365 administration, and experience supporting a multi-site organization.
