AR Specialist

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in Pembroke, MA that is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team! This is a full-time position that will be on-site and is paying $60k-$70k depending on experience plus a discretionary performance bonus.

The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include

• Manage invoicing, cash applications, collections, and account reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding balances and work with customers to resolve payment issues.
• Prepare AR aging reports and assist with month-end close activities.
  
  

The Experience Required For This Role

• 3 or more years of AR experience
• Experience with NetSuite
• Strong understanding of invoicing, collections, cash application, and customer account management.
• Strong communication skills
  
  

Compensation: $60k-$70k
