What You'll Do
$150,000 - $185,000 Base Salary plus a 30% Target Bonus and a highly competitive overall compensation package.

What You'll Do
- Analyze purchase agreements and transaction-related documentation to identify key financial and accounting risks
- Review financial due diligence reports, quality of earnings analyses, and transaction structures
- Evaluate representations and warranties insurance submissions for M&A transactions
- Partner with buyers, sellers, legal counsel, and insurance carriers throughout the underwriting process
- Conduct detailed accounting and financial analysis to assess transaction-related exposures
- Prepare and present findings and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced deal environment
- Support business development initiatives and maintain strong client relationships
- 5-9 years of relevant experience, ideally at the Manager level or on a clear path toward Manager
- Big 4 public accounting experience required
- Significant experience reviewing purchase agreements, transaction structures, or M&A-related accounting matters
- Experience within one or more of the following areas:
- Transaction Advisory Services / Financial Due Diligence
- Technical Accounting Advisory
- Forensic Accounting
- Strong understanding of M&A transactions, purchase accounting, and transaction risk assessment
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills
- CPA preferred
