Accounts Payable

KBW Financial Staffing is working with a client in the Burlington MA area that is looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant (Staff Accountant) to join their team! This is a contract to hire position that will be on-site and is paying between $32-$35/hr depending on experience. This is a great opportunity for someone that is seeking a long-term position to make a lasting impact!

The Responsibilities For This Role Will Include

• Processing vendor invoices and credit memos, including PO matching and discrepancy resolution in P21/Epicor
• Preparing vendor payments, reconciling statements, and maintaining vendor records and documentation
• Responding to vendor inquiries and supporting W-9 collection, 1099 reporting, and ACH verification
• Assisting with month-end close, AP reconciliations, audits, and process improvements
  
  

The Experience Required For This Role

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3 years of relevant experience, including experience in a GAAP accounting environment
• Experience in the distribution industry
• Experience with Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) is a plus
  
  

Compensation: $32-$35/hr (DOE)
