Responsibilities
- Review 3rd party property accounting for consistency and accuracy
- Quarterly and annual budgeting
- Financial reporting including audited financial statements
- Cash management including capital calls and distributions
- Work with the acquisitions teams to review diligence materials
- Work with disposition team to respond to buyer diligence requests
- 5 years property accounting experience
- GAAP, tax accounting, IFRS experience
- Experience with funds/joint ventures
- Understanding of waterfall calculations
- Bachelors degree in an accounting/business related discipline
