Responsibilities Include And Are Not Limited To
- Maintain and verify accounting records and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal procedures
- Process and record customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
- Prepare and maintain accounts receivable aging reports and assist with follow-up on past-due invoices
- Upload customer invoices to portals and communicate with customers regarding billing discrepancies
- Review vendor invoices for proper documentation and approval prior to processing payment
- Assist with accounts payable voucher processing and expense coding
- Support account and inventory reconciliations as well as sales tax data tracking
- Associate’s degree in Accounting or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Approximately 1 year of accounting or bookkeeping experience
- Understanding of bookkeeping principles and general ledger processes
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Experience working within an ERP system is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
